How long does a shoot take?
A standard 2-bedroom flat takes roughly 1–1.5 hours. For larger houses or video shoots, expect 2–3 hours.
When will I receive the finished photos?
Edited photos and floor plans are delivered within 3 days of the shoot. Video tours usually within 5–7 days.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
Not necessarily, as long as you provide access. Many agents simply hand over the keys. If you'd like to fine-tune the staging in person, you're welcome to be there.
What if the weather is bad?
Interiors can be shot even in rain, but nice weather is better for exteriors and drone footage. If rain is forecast, we'll reschedule by arrangement.
How should I prepare the property?
Start with a good clean. Hide personal items, cleaning products, cables and clutter. The fewer objects, the better the space looks. I'm happy to send you a preparation checklist.
Do you travel outside Ostrava?
Yes, I regularly shoot across the entire Moravian-Silesian Region (Frýdek-Místek, Karviná, Opava, Třinec…). Travel within Ostrava is included; outside Ostrava by arrangement.
